Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and evidence
- Attend court hearings and depositions to represent clients
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Proficient in legal drafting and research techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
- Experience with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw research platforms is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
