Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring that all legal documents are prepared accurately and timely. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of various areas of law.

Duties

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and gathering necessary documentation.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and prepare relevant legal documents.
• Review, analyze, and summarize documents related to litigation cases.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal correspondence as needed.
• Transcribe legal proceedings and maintain accurate records of case developments.
• Manage the filing of legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
• Maintain an organized filing system for all case-related documents within the law office.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.

Skills

• Proficient in legal administrative tasks including document review and file management.
• Excellent legal research skills with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
• Ability to transcribe legal documents accurately under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
