- Support, maintain, and improve our ERP system (incident troubleshooting, configuration assistance, role/access updates).
- Administer network-connected devices (label printers, shop floor terminals, Wi-Fi devices, barcode scanners).
- Assist with patch management, imaging, device telemetry, and monitoring tools.

3. Manufacturing & Automation Technology Support

- Ensure minimal downtime in production environments by responding rapidly to equipment/system issues.
- Support technology used on the production floor:

Shop-floor PCs and industrial displays

Quality-control data capture hardware

4. Security, Compliance & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware, software, and cloud resources.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, including MFA, endpoint protection, and user awareness.
- Enforce IT policies and help develop new ones as the company grows.

5. Vendor & Project Coordination
- Partner with outside IT consultants and service providers; escalate issues where needed.
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects such as hardware rollouts, system upgrades, network improvements, and new software initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Solid understanding of PC hardware setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with office, shop floor, and management.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities.
