  • Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and program completion rates, implementing intervention strategies for at-risk participants
  • Track participant progress and ensure timely completion of certifications, credentials, and career milestones
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records in GradeLink or other databases
  • Track and report student outcomes, including certifications, employment placements, and program retention, to ensure compliance with grants and in support of quality improvement
  • Use data to inform decisions about instruction, staffing, interventions, and overall program performance
  • Administer Emergency Client Assistance Funds and maintain accurate records of fund usage
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise vocational program staff, including adjunct instructors, career success specialist/case manager, and support personnel
  • Implement targeted instructional strategies to support students with barriers such as low literacy, numeracy, and digital skills, enhancing their employability and long-term success.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide instructional coaching to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and inclusive education
