Recovery Resources (a nonprofit comprehensive mental health/behavioral health clinic) is seeking an LPN for the Medical Department. In this position you will be part of a medical team working to make a positive impact for the underserved in our community as well as learn in a safe and supportive environment about addiction and mental health.

Essential functions of this position include collecting vital signs, completing screenings, and identifying medical and psychiatric needs and sharing findings with the team; under the direction of Provider, work with clients to construct a plan of action and an appropriate method to monitor and evaluate client progress, complete phlebotomy, and injections, educate clients about medications and lifestyle issues.

Requirements include:

• LPN or RN license (Ohio)
• Minimum 1-year medical nursing

• Knowledge regarding medical and pharmacological resources in the treatment of mental health problems and substance abuse disorders.
• Understand diverse cultures and incorporate into treatment approaches the relevant needs of culturally diverse groups and people with disabilities.
