Cleveland's mission is to attract, engage and retain young professionals and emerging leaders to greater cleveland by connecting up-and-coming talent, employers, and civic and non-profit organizations. Our vision is that by 2020, cleveland will be a top destination for young professionals to live, work and have fun. We will accomplish this by: • serving as the central coordinating point for all young professionals, young professional groups and initiatives • providing services to employers and non-profits to help them attract and retain yp talent • serving as the convener and coordinator of opportunities to foster engagement of young professionals in the community young professionals (yps) are considered to be the key to future metropolitan and economic growth, and have been and will continue to be an integral element to organizational and community success.
