Job Summary:

The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator will be responsible for working in a team setting to assist with current and new accounts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

– Creating/updating spreadsheets, schedules and other documents

– Create and format proposals

– Issue COI’s/EPI’s

– Review policy schedules

– Billings/Invoicing

– Set up marketing submissions

– Assist with completing applications

– Claim and Endorsement follow up

– Process Endorsements

– Assist Department with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

– P&C license required

– 2 years of experience (minimum) in Commercial Insurance preferred

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required, PowerPoint experience preferred

– Experience in Applied Systems/Applied Epic preferred

– Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask required

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with affluent clients.

– Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

– College degree in a related field, such as finance or insurance is a plus.
