Monitor help desk tickets and provide solutions. Proactively design and implement improvements to our help desk service. Install software updates and patches.

Execute internal audits over critical IT applications, ERP systems, and other IT focused areas (i.e. system conversions, cybersecurity, DB/OS).

Accountable for process compliance (ensuring that manufacturing processes conducted on the floor are performed to the procedures correctly).

You can expect a full caseload (25-30 billable hours per week) within your first 3 months. PTO accrual after first 3 months.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant support role, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment.
