Immediate opening for Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Wright Heating and Cooling, a name known for trust and integrity for almost 75 years.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing and repairing rooftop units and other commercial equipment (mini-splits, exhaust systems, controls and other experience is preferred)

Compensation: $34.00 to $38.00 per hour, dependent upon experience + benefits

Work Hours: In general, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime

Required Qualifications:

• Min 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license and company-insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Operate scissors, and genie lifts in a safe manner
• Read and understand basic electrical schematic diagrams
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Willingness to attend training classes and seminars
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Possesses tools needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Completion of HVAC trade school - desired
