Westwood Country Club is looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to be the face of our dining experience. From greeting members to managing seating flow, this role is key to ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. At Westwood, we pride ourselves on exceptional service, strong teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for our members and their guests. What You’ll Be Doing: Greet members and guests with a warm, professional welcome Manage reservations and maintain accurate seating charts Provide wait time estimates and manage waitlists as needed Escort guests to dining and bar areas and ensure smooth seating flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area Assist with to-go orders and coordinate with service staff Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient service Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed Follow all safety and food safety guidelines Support the team with additional duties as assigned by leadership What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or currently working toward a GED Previous restaurant, hospitality, or country club experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented mindset Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and team-first mentality Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs.) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment Ability to work in varying conditions, including warm or humid settings Why Westwood Country Club?
