Vitamix is seeking a Channel Marketing Coordinator who will provide essential day-to-day support to the Channel Marketing team to ensure the successful execution of Commercial and International Household product launches and marketing campaigns. The position will support the North American Household marketing efforts, as needed. This roles serves as central hub for marketing assets, creative requests, and channel-specific administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Commercial Marketing
- Supports the execution of tactical marketing plans to support global sales, collaborating with key partners and internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Culinary, Marketing, Agencies).
- Assists with day-to-day Commercial advertising agency needs and requests, and coordinates with internal teams to keep workflow moving forward, as guided by the Commercial Marketing Manager.
- Assists with fulfilling internal and external asset requests; maintains and organizes digital asset management folders (e.g., Dropbox, Salsify, Brandfolder) to ensure teams have the most current files.
- Submits and tracks creative requests via project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) for sales literature, pricing lists, form updates, and PDF revisions.
- Ensure a proactive approach to maintaining new and consistent content development, coordinating closely with Digital and Website teams, leveraging the Adobe platform as needed.
- Household Marketing
- Coordinates with the Brand, Creative and Culinary teams to develop materials needed for asset packs, including product launch materials, turnkey social media posts, and recipe content.
- Supports with fulfilling Sales team asset and materials requests; maintains and organizes digital asset management platforms, e.g. Dropbox, Salsify, Brandfolder) to ensure teams have most current content.
- Conducts annual In-Aisle and Product Detail Page (PDP) audits across various retailer websites to ensure brand consistency, accurate pricing, and updated imagery.
- Supports Sales team asset and material requests, submit and track creative requests as needed.
- Event & Sales Coordination
- Partners with the events team and trade show manager to coordinate the production and shipment of banners, sales literature, and other display materials.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
0-2 years experience in marketing or marketing support role
Internships in Marketing or Sales are a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with project management software (ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com)
- Experience with Cloud storage (Dropbox, Box) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems

Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, with walking and standing required frequently
- Visual acuity is required to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading documents, reports, and emails
- Repetitive hand movements for tasks like typing or assembly
