We are seeking a manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and Team Member happiness. Section 1: Requirements

• Previous restaurant/food service management experience required

Section 2: Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standards
• Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
• Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
• Coach Team Members
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
• Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Section 3: Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
