Basic Requirements:
The ideal person must be proficient in the use of all hand gages, including an optical comparator, micrometer, height-stand, indicator, caliper, concentricity gauges, thread inspection gages, etc.; Electronic Height Gage, and Mitutoyo Contractor. Blueprint reading, GD&T, and shop math are requirements.
Advanced Requirements:
Software knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), calibration tracking software, Minitab, QC Calc, Pi Web. Exposure and experience in CMM, vision systems a plus. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, AS9100, ITAR, FDA, PPAP, FAI, Gage RR, capability studies, GDP, cGMP.
Physical:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to work in a machine shop environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
