The Financial Analyst provides accurate financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role is responsible for financial close processes, account reconciliations, and analyzing financial statements such as P\&L and balance sheets. It partners with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve financial processes, and deliver insights using analytical tools. Additionally, the position ensures regulatory compliance (e.g., GAAP, SOX), supports audits, and contributes to special projects as needed.

What You Will Do

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including reporting, reconciliations, and analysis of key financial statements.
• Analyze financial data (P&L, balance sheet, accounts) to identify trends, variances, and insights that support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve financial analysis tools, processes, and reporting standards.
• Apply accounting principles (GAAP) to record, classify, and review financial transactions with accuracy and sound judgment.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards (e.g., SOX), addressing any identified gaps.
• Support special projects and ongoing initiatives while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, with advanced credentials such as CPA or MBA considered a strong advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, or completion of a finance development program with relevant work experience.
