The Analytics Manager leads the design and delivery of scalable data models, insights, and analytical solutions that support business decision-making across manufacturing and commercial functions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams to translate complex needs into actionable insights, dashboards, and tools embedded in day-to-day workflows. The Analytics Manager drives adoption of data-driven solutions, ensures high standards for data quality and governance, and helps guide priorities by identifying opportunities where analytics can generate measurable business impact.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the design, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable, business-aligned data models to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and analytics/engineering teams, translating needs into well-defined, high-impact analytical solutions.

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, linking insights directly to measurable business outcomes.

  • Translate analytical outputs into actionable insights, dashboards, KPIs, and tools that are embedded into business workflows and drive adoption.

  • Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, and quality by reinforcing analytics standards, validation processes, and best practices.

  • Support capability building within the analytics function by mentoring analysts, sharing best practices, and driving continuous process and tool improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors in analytics, data science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or related field preferred.

  • 7+ years’ experience in data analytics or related field; In lieu of degree, 12+ years’ experience in data analytics or related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in data modeling and analytical frameworks, with the ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, analytics-driven solutions.

  • Strong business and operational acumen, connecting enterprise strategy to analytics outcomes and manufacturing or operational performance.

  • Hands-on proficiency with analytics and visualization tools, including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI, to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.

  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality analytics through strong governance, data standards, and best practices.
