What You’ll Do
- Route contracts for approvals and execution using Goodyear's contract management system.
- Process and fulfill contract copy requests.
- Maintain/Store contract templates, forms, and playbooks.
- Monitor contract statuses and notice periods to collaborate with internal stakeholders on next steps (such as coordinating renewal requirements, issuing termination notices, and distributing contract summaries as needed).
- Support other administrative functions of the Contract Center of Excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma.
What Will Set You Apart
- 1 or more years of experience in a contract administration/management team.
- Bachelor's degree/Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program.
