Workday HCM Lead

Both a strategic thinker and a hands-on practitioner, this role can bridge the gap between HR process owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams. This role excels in translating complex business needs into scalable configurations and drives system enhancements to maximize value, efficiency, and compliance in every region where the organization operates.
What You’ll Do:
Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM functional modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent Management and others as applicable) for a global user base.
Ensure that configurations meet both global and local business requirements, taking into account statutory, regulatory, and cultural differences in each geography.
Helps maintain and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, workflows, and integrations as part of the global team to support HR operations worldwide. Maintain proper documentation for all configurations, changes, and system customizations.
Provides input on the implementation of Workday delivered and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide relevant workforce insights for their respective workstream.
Overall, serves as a partner with global HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ Years Workday Configuration experience with Workday HCM
Has worked with national or global deployments of HCM software
