Manager - Art Direction

The Art Director transforms strategic direction into compelling visual platforms and creative toolkits. This role partners closely with Creative Directors and Copywriters to develop and execute integrated campaigns across film, digital, social, retail, and e-commerce. The Art Director leads visual storytelling from concept through production and post, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output across all channels.
What You’ll Do:
Create visual platforms, mood boards, and style guides that align with brand strategy.
Direct on-set visuals including framing, styling, and product presentation.
Guide editing, retouching, and packaging of final assets with proper metadata and brand standards.
Mentor designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide clear creative recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.
7+ years experience in integrated art direction (agency or in-house).
What Will Set You Apart:
Strong portfolio showcasing brand and campaign design.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with CGI/3D workflows.
Experience collaborating across global markets and with brand governance.
Willingness to travel and work across time zones.
