The Cleveland Orchestra seeks individuals to fill various positions on the Concessions/Bar Team for concerts and events at Severance Music Center, starting this fall. These front-facing roles deliver unparalleled experiences to The Cleveland Orchestra and Severance Music Center guests. They will uphold and execute the principles of The Cleveland Orchestra guest experience brand, behaviors, and standards in all interactions with guests and colleagues. These seasonal, part-time positions average 5-15 hours per week based on availability. Concessions/Bar Team members are compensated at an hourly rate of $16-$18 (depending upon position), plus tips.

Concessions/Bar Team members include Host/Hostess, Barback/Runner, Bartender, Lead Bartender, Busser, and Server. Some positions will be cross trained.

Team members will work cooperatively with other staff to support the operational direction, philosophy, and goals of the organization; greet and welcome guests and offer help as necessary; perform all duties of specific position; follow all food and beverage and work safety protocols; maintain integrity and security of organizational property and inventory; ensure smooth operations; support and assist coworkers; and attend all relevant training and workshops.

Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications:
