For 115 years, God has been using the Mission to reach hearts and change lives. It starts with emergency shelter for men, women and children experiencing homelessness - but that is just the beginning. While with us, residents participate in holistic, gospel-centered services that include chapel, case management, group counseling, workforce development and job training.
In short, our staff are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God’s love.
Right now, we are looking to add a full-time Executive Assistant to our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in advancing the Mission by supporting the Chief Executive Officer, strengthening connections with our Board, and helping foster a Christ-centered culture for our staff. Through servant leadership, thoughtful coordination, and meaningful engagement initiatives, you’ll help ensure that staff are encouraged and connected. If you are organized, relational, and feel called to use your gifts behind the scenes to support life-changing ministry, this role offers an opportunity to make an impact that extends throughout the entire organization.
The Executive Assistant needs the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (required)
- Demonstrated effective organization skills (required)
- 1-3 years of experience in the administrative field (required)
- 1-3 years of experience managing staff activities with proven success (preferred)
