It starts with emergency shelter for men, women and children experiencing homelessness - but that is just the beginning. While with us, residents participate in holistic, gospel-centered services that include chapel, case management, group counseling, workforce development and job training.

Right now, we are looking to add a Laura’s Home Operations Manager to our team. In this new role, you’ll report to the Laura’s Home Campus Director and oversee all supporting operations of Laura’s Home, our womens’ and childrens’ crisis center. The Operations Manager provides leadership to three direct reports managing a team of 15 staff serving 200+ women and children daily. This position manages the supervisors for foodservice, facilities maintenance, and safety and security teams.
If you have the following qualifications and experience, this might be the job for you!
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required. Master’s degree in related field is preferred.
- 7+ Years’ experience in supervision and management is required, rescue mission or similar setting strongly preferred.
- Related experience in rescue missions or another relevant field preferred.
- Supervision and management experience required.
- Knowledge in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention preferred.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: foodservice/hospitality management, facilities management, customer service, and/or security operations.
