Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site at Adcom, Downtown Cleveland)
Program Dates: June 1 – June 26, 2026 (extended internships available to select rising seniors and graduates)
Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $1,200

About the Program

The Adcom Future Marketers Program is a robust four-week initiative designed to give undergraduate students a strong foundation in modern marketing principles and agency operations. Through a mix of lecture style learning, hands-on client projects, and mentorship, participants will gain practical experience and professional insight that prepares them for future internships and marketing careers.

Students will engage directly with real-world marketing challenges, explore industry tools and techniques, and experience the fast-paced, collaborative environment of a full-service marketing agency.
