A day in this role

You arrive at our Glenwillow facility ready to keep production humming. A conveyor needs a quick alignment, a PLC-driven system flags an electrical fault, and an HVAC unit is due for its routine service. You methodically troubleshoot, execute safe repairs, and complete preventive maintenance so the team can operate at peak efficiency—all while keeping safety front and center.

What you will do

  • Perform heavy equipment repairs and maintenance to keep assets running at optimal performance.
  • Apply strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Handle commercial electrical installations and repairs in compliance with safety standards.
  • Execute electrical troubleshooting to identify and correct system faults.
  • Deliver HVAC service and installation, plus ongoing maintenance checks.
  • Conduct machine safety inspections to support a safe working environment.
  • Maintain and repair conveyor systems for reliable, efficient operations.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to drive operational efficiency and safety.

What you bring

  • Proven background in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Industrial mechanical troubleshooting expertise.
  • Commercial electrical experience, including installation and repair.
  • Valid OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC service, installation, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of machine safety inspections and best practices.
  • Familiarity with conveyor systems and their maintenance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
