Draft Technician/OP Venues & Events
Responsible for the installation and repair of draft beer systems as well as the coordination, set up, facilitation and break down of special events.
Schedule
● Monday - Friday 7:30am- 4pm
● Schedule flexibility that allows for the ability to work nights and weekends

Typical Duties:
● Effectively coordinates with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising plans.
● Provides efficient and timely servicing of assigned accounts including: installation, cleaning and repair of draft systems and equipment.
● Provides technical assistance with service problems associated with draft beer systems.
● Assists with bulk and special event deliveries.
● Coordinates assigned special events including: equipment delivery, set up, end of event clean up and return of material, dunnage, equipment and invoicing.
● Facilitates special events while adhering to Company policies, Ohio Division of Liquor Control regulations and safe working practices.
● Displays POS material to ensure brand dominance in accordance with account/event policies.
● Pulling, organizing and shipping tap handles.
● Assists Sales and Operations departments with deliveries.
● Follows and enforces code date policy and informs management of potential code date concerns.
● Operating warehouse equipment (tow motors, pallet jacks, order pickers).
● Works to ensure a high level of service and accountability.
● Develops and maintains relationships with customers to promote a positive Company image.
Qualifications
Skills / Qualifications:
● Prior draft maintenance and repair experience preferred
● Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance (Class A CDL preferred)
● Problem solving, time management and organizational skills
● Reliable and self-motivated
● High level communication skills
● Knowledge of excel and spreadsheet software
● Knowledge of all laws and regulations regarding the sale and merchandising of beverage products
● Knowledge of customer service standards
● Ability to maneuver 170-pound kegs and 40-pound cases occasionally and as needed with the help of a two-wheel dolly.
● Performs duties in various weather conditions.
