What you will be doing
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, facility systems, and fleet vehicles
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
- Complete emergency and scheduled repairs in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain accurate work orders and inventory of tools and parts
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Use hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and material handling gear
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and clear communication

Qualifications
To be successful as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician at Superior Beverage Group, you’ll need a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, machinery, and fleet maintenance
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a production or warehouse setting
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 168 lbs) regularly
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and material handling gear
- Strong communication skills to relay issues and coordinate with vendors and team members
- Organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for fleet-related tasks
