Exciting Opportunity: Benefits & Leave Management Specialist

In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with HR, payroll, finance, and operational teams across multiple locations, making a tangible impact on employee satisfaction and organizational success.

• WFH 1 day a week, onsite near Brook Park area 4 days a week
• $60K-$72K, plus an annual bonus opportunity up to 6%

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in benefits, compensation, and/or leave administration, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and related federal and state regulations.
• Proven ability to manage benefits programs, leaves of absence, and compensation structures.
• Experience working with HRIS systems, with Dayforce experience a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data.
  
  

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing or multi-site settings, required
• Prior experience with HRIS platforms
