What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within manufacturing, export, or supply chain environments (minimum 4 years).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for proactive problem solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP software; understanding of transportation concepts like Incoterms and shipping modes is advantageous.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service, with a proactive mindset and innovative approach to risk mitigation and process improvement.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience working in international logistics and shipping.
  • Knowledge of customer procurement portals and logistics documentation.
  • Additional language skills or certifications in supply chain or customer service.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum of four years’ customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or export setting.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to support and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including warehouses and carriers.
  • Willingness to serve as a trainer under supervision to share best practices and enhance team capabilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements.
