- Onsite in Woodmere
- $21-$23/hr
- Flexible schedule, part-time or full-time during the hours of 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-3pm on Friday
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of showroom operations and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in scheduling, lead tracking, and follow-up procedures
- Ability to answer phones professionally and answer inquiries accurately
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage documentation and customer information
- Strong follow-up and communication skills, including making timely reminders and confirmations
- Willingness to handle some administrative and basic marketing tasks
- Professional attire and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and coordinate with designers, production, and accounting departments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years' experience in customer service, showroom coordination, or related role
