What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Strong investigative skills and a keen eye for detail to analyze variances and identify root causes.
• Proficiency in analyzing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), labor, overhead, and manufacturing financial metrics.
• Experience working with ERP systems and vendor management platforms.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports, perform reconciliations, and support financial close cycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across departments and locations.

• Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) and labor routing reviews.
• Knowledge of inventory policy implementation and change management processes.
• Familiarity with gross margin analysis by product and plant.
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing, costing, or financial analysis experience.
