What You'll Be Doing

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service
  • Provide friendly, professional support and build trust quickly
  • Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Accurately enter and manage customer information
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups
  • Keep calls efficient while still delivering a great experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills-you're clear, friendly, and professional
