Position Summary: The HVAC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining a variety of heating and air conditioning systems for our customers. With training both on the job and in the lab, our maintenance technicians will be able to properly service these systems in order to ensure they are operating safely and efficiently. This individual will provide excellent customer service for our customers from start to finish. They will also be able to confidently address any maintenance related issues at the time of the call and communicate this in depth with the customer.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by the company's insurance carrier.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• HVAC trade school certificate or 6 months experience HVAC maintenance experience.
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and professional development.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
• Basic understanding of safety practices regarding tools and surroundings.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
