Financial Controller

Onsite in Stow, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting functions including AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial reporting
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 7 accounting professionals
• Review financial statements and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and support company growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Industry background in landscaping, construction, agriculture, or real estate/property management preferred
• Open to candidates coming from public accounting with relevant experience
