The 3PL Operations Manager, North America collaborates with all departments to support the business needs in order to meet the safety, service and productivity goals of the organization. This role will review optimization and simplification of existing processes, sustainable operational improvements in safety, quality and productivity by managing the 3PL relationships for warehousing and transportation services in North America. The 3PL Operations Manager, North America engages functional leaders across distribution operations and other departments to ensure seamless execution and realization of the Global Logistics strategy.

The travel for this position is 25%.
This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.
This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.

The 3PL Operations Manager, North America engages functional leaders across distribution operations and other departments to ensure seamless execution and realization of the Global Logistics strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Must have at least five (5) years of work experience in supply chain with focus on distribution centers, Fulfillment centers and regional hubs
- Must have Experience building/editing Dashboards in Tableau or similar software
Preferred Qualification:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, supply chain, logistics, or quality
- Have at least seven (7) years of work experience in supply chain with focus on distribution centers, Fulfillment centers and regional hubs
- Have Experience building/editing Dashboards in Tableau or similar software
- Have experience in analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
- Have experience with multidivisional, matrix and regional working averment
- Have LEAN certification/Six Sigma training
- Have experience in implementing supply chain/process business transformation projects using ERP platform
- Have experience with Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SharePoint, Oracle System and processes
- Maintain regular (daily) service performance reviews with 3PL management teams
- Address and coordinate open issues to responsible parties per 3PL Operational RASI
- Create & manage an annual operational budget
- Regular budget monitoring, budget deviations clarification, corrective action plan implementation for significant differences
- Regular Service Performance dashboards monitoring and CAPA creation for all instances of KPIs being under agreed target
- Identification & Implementation of cost rationalization (CI) initiatives both in warehouse and distribution
- Conduct regular QBR meetings with all 3PL’s in scope
- Coordination of annual physical inventory with key providers
- Esurance that 3PL operations are compliant with Sherwin-Williams Warehouse operations standard work procedure
- Manage ad-hock escalations from the business regarding 3PL’s services,
- Coordinate within the enterprise all initiatives aiming to scale up/down activities
- Be the SPOC for BU Leads in scope,
- Develop and implement Sherwin-Williams warehouse operations standard work procedure’
- Act as owner of Logistics OTIF: perform root cause analysis on deviations, recommend improvements in existing processes and implement action plans to correct gap
- Participate in the identification, development, evaluation, recommendation, and execution of process improvements and enhancements through established systems (ex. Oracle, Analytics, 3PL WMS systems) and additionally advanced technology opportunities such as Robotics, Late Stage Differentiation, Picking systems.
- Implement and enforce appropriate policies, procedures and working instructions to ensure compliance with logistics management principles and practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Monitor compliance with these areas and ensure process gains and administrative efficiencies are realized in logistics services
- Manage the activities, performance and skill / professional development of a team of managers and specialists
