The Assistant Brand Manager for Associated Products will support local and regional sales teams in driving associated products and spray equipment growth. This role will assist in executing Associated Products marketing initiatives, developing sales enablement tools, and coordinating cross-functional projects that help expand product adoption and market reach.
This is not a remote/hybrid position and location will be based in the new Cleveland HQ with in-office attendance 5 days/week.

FORMAL EDUCATION
Required:
- 4-year degree related to Business, Sales, Marketing or Management
Preferred:
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Demonstrated success in creating and launching marketing and promotional programs
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Proficient in using data for decision making and report generation
- Presenting in front of groups of all audience levels
- 5+ years of marketing experience required
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Sherwin-Williams systems and processes including Microstrategy etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Software Applications
- Experience with Marketo, Pitch, and Learn
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Coordination: Contribute to the AP strategy and coordinate the development of annual Associated Products (AP) marketing plans and prepare materials for quarterly business reviews.
- Support Sales Partnerships: Work closely with Industrial Wood Division’s sales and marketing teams to help integrate associated products into key initiatives and contribute to profitable sales growth.
- Field & Marketing Activity/Brand Development: Contribute to the development of collateral, sales enablement tools, surveys, local promotions, events, launch kits, training, database marketing campaigns, and proformas to support ongoing marketing efforts.
- Vendor Collaboration: Support partnerships with vendors by helping develop co-branded marketing materials and campaign assets.
- Marketing Communications Support: Assist the Marketing Communications team with internal and external communication strategies, including content gathering, proofreading, and coordination.
- Product Management Support: Provide support to Product Managers with tasks related to new product lines and line extensions, including field testing coordination, product presentations, line trials, and proforma preparation.
- Sales Meeting Support: Assist with planning and execution of Marketplace activities for the annual sales meeting.
