The Operations Internship is designed as a summer-long assignment to assist the site Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The intern typically does not manage his/her own projects but rather assists other team members in achieving goals. The Supply Chain Intern is “hosted” by the Supply Chain Department at one of our manufacturing/distribution facilities, or headquarters.
The identified candidate for this program will start May 26, 2026, at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Operations Internship is designed as a summer-long assignment to assist the site Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The intern typically does not manage his/her own projects but rather assists other team members in achieving goals.
Minimum Requirements
Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program
Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
Completing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing/Procurement or related majors
Must be a rising or current junior or senior in college or university at the start of this internship program
Previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
Previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
Previous internship or co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division
Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Supply Chain Manager with:
Planning and purchase of raw and packaging components
Production scheduling
Resolving invoice discrepancies
Administrative activities
Special projects as identified by the Supply Chain Manager
Site engagement activities
Raw material cycle counts
