Social Media Project Management Co-Op
Required:
Minimum high school education or equivalent
Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent
Preferred:
Completion of a business project management course or similar
Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
Expected graduation date in 2027-2028
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Required:
Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week (2-3 days) with flexibility based on school schedule
Strong Microsoft tools experience (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities
Ability to self-manage to deadlines
An eagerness to learn and develop new or enhanced skills
Ability and interest in building collaborative working relationships
The candidate will support the Global Architectural Marketing Communications Social Media team across a range of activities such as, but not limited to:
Executing various team needs, including meeting planning, assisting project management, and various administrative tasks
Participating in various project and team meetings as needed, taking and reporting out organized notes and next steps
Developing competency in Airtable, Sprout Social and Workfront: creating templates, workspaces, views, setting up and maintaining projects, setting up and editing reporting and dashboards
Maintaining project timelines via Excel, Airtable, Workfront, and JIRA as needed or assigned
Developing and maintaining other project documentation as required
Provide ongoing status updates to the Marcom Social Media team and other Marketing Communications team members as needed throughout projects
Assisting the Social Media team as needed with coordinating and scheduling meetings, assisting with content request forms and submissions, planning content, coordinating with creative teams, monitoring channels, reviewing user generated content, executing community management and reputation management, staying up to date on trends, and reporting on social media performance metrics as needed.
