EDUCATION:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, New Media, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or related fields.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in a social media, marketing, content creation, or creative/copywriting role preferred.
Familiarity with social media management tools – experience with Sprout Social is a plus in addition to Bazaarvoice Social Commerce (previously Curalate).
Strong writing and proofreading skills paired with an understanding of content strategy.
Fluent in social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and additional/new digital platforms as they emerge.
Excellent organization skills, with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize multiple duties that are assigned simultaneously.
Preferred:
2+ years experience in a social media, marketing, content creation, or creative/copywriting role preferred.
Cross functional experience with SEO, paid media, branding, influencer/creator collaboration, and/or public relations.
Experience managing relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with social media management channels and tools
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
Experience with Sprout Social and BazaarVoice, or similar tools
Preferred:
Familiarity with Google Analytics and setting up UTM links
Familiarity with Photoshop or other creative tools

SOCIAL CONTENT CREATION AND SUPPORT ACROSS GLOBAL ARCHITECTURAL BRANDS/SEGMENTS
Create monthly content calendars that adhere to social media best practices and brand strategy. This role will work with internal creative services as needed to fulfill content calendars.
Where needed, work with external agency partners to ensure brand social strategy and best practices are met in content calendars. Work closely with the brand team to coordinate feedback.
Use Sprout Social to schedule content to go live at optimized times, following correct approval processes.
Attend brand-hosted events and photoshoots to create native video content. Edit filmed content into finalized videos for posting on social.
SOCIAL CHANNEL MAINTENANCE
Change header images, highlights, link in bios, etc., as needed for maintaining all social profiles’ appearance.
Uploading and managing YouTube content and brand assets to our internal digital management platform.
