Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the service department, including technicians, advisors, and support staff

  • Drive service revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

  • Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, productivity, efficiency, and profitability

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop service team members

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and proactively resolve concerns

  • Oversee warranty administration and ensure accurate documentation

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of Service Experience required (Previous managerial experience not required)

  • Strong knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty processes, and fixed operations performance metrics

  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to analyze financial reports and drive department profitability

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
