Job Summary
The Personal Lines Relationship Analyst assists in the daily processing of incoming and outgoing business to the department providing prompt efficient high-quality service. This role supports the activities of designated Personal Account Managers (AM) and Producers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process endorsements and change requests by reviewing them for accuracy; update required AMS screens; attach documents in ImageRight according to departmental procedures;
- Entering data in AMS-360 as assigned;
- Work on reports, utilizing report to gather e-mail addresses and communicate with client, data entry into AMS-360, etc.;
- Process non-downloaded renewals by reviewing them for accuracy, update required AMS screens; attach documents in ImageRight according to departmental procedures;
- Process cancellations according to departmental procedures;
- Prepare and process lost policy releases (LPRs) as requested by Relationship Advisor
- Provide proof of insurance, Evidence of Insurability, and ID Cards as requested by Relationship Advisor;
- Quality control/policy check in
- Take dealer/mortgagee/bank phone calls;
- Take client change request phone calls;
- Process or issue automobile identification cards (auto ID cards) as requested by the AM or the insured;
- Research billing questions from AM, Producer, insured or bank;
- Send out form letters as assigned;
- Process umbrella and good student questionnaires;
- Unless licensed, not permitted to discuss coverages;
- Notify Department Manager if unable to consistently meet department’s service standards.
- Carrier research projects as requested
- Reviewing Audits/compliance tasks for isolating offenders.

- High school diploma or GED;
- Proficient in AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office and use of the internet;
- Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate adherence to Agency guidelines and procedures;
- Professional demeanor;
- Analytical and decision-making skills;
- Ability to demonstrate effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communication;
- Obtaining P&C licensure is encouraged within six (6) months of hire date.
