Job Description

• Ensure timely availability of materials to support wire harness production and meet customer delivery commitments
• Process customer orders and review forecasted demand to align production schedules with business needs
• Interface with internal stakeholders in Vietnam and external customers to coordinate production and shipping requirements
• Manage supplier portals and maintain effective supplier relationships to secure materials on schedule
• Process intercompany orders and maintain optimal stock levels to support forecasted demand
• Monitor and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery performance across the supply chain
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues through creative problem-solving and expediting strategies

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers and vendors
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process data and derive actionable insights
