Job Description

Optimize CNC programming for mills and lathes utilizing MasterCam software
Design and develop tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks 3D CAD
Troubleshoot machining issues and oversee production methods to drive continuous improvement
Implement productivity improvements across manufacturing operations
Collaborate closely with CNC programmers and production personnel to develop SOPs and detailed work instructions
Drive initiatives to reduce scrap, cycle time, and rework across production processes
Review part drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality

Key Requirements

Proficiency in MasterCam for CNC programming and optimization
Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software for tooling and fixture design
Demonstrated ability to develop and improve CNC machining processes
Strong machining background with hands-on manufacturing expertise
BS degree required
