- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct reviews, and support professional development
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Ensure engineering activities comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
- Partner with Quality and Operations to support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote safe work practices and ensure designs and processes meet safety requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- 2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in equipment or machinery manufacturing
- Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma experience
- Familiarity with CAD software (Solidworks or Inventor)
