Partner with the Facilities and Maintenance team to coordinate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead and execute 6S projects, plant layout optimization, and facilities upgrade programs
Maintain comprehensive documentation of weekly KPIs, monthly and quarterly scorecards to monitor and track productivity
Oversee and track 6S activities across the entire plant facility
BS in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (any engineering degree considered)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing with exposure to plant projects
