Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards across manufacturing operations
Manage and oversee APQP documentation processes to ensure compliance and traceability
Drive pursuit of NADCAP certification to meet aerospace industry standards
Provide hands-on support for AS9100 compliance as needed throughout the facility
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience with CNC and machining processes
Working knowledge of AS9100 quality management system standards
BS/AS degree required
Specializes in products for the aerospace and medical industries
