- Oversee and manage up to 8 client accounts located throughout Northeast Ohio
- Serve as the primary property manager and point of contact for all designated accounts
- Provide leadership over site performance, including budgeting, staffing, and maintenance operations
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and compliance
- Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure adherence to all contractual obligations
- Ensure all facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations
- Drive operational excellence through cost-effective strategies, process improvement initiatives, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities or property management
- Proven track record overseeing commercial properties
- Strong experience managing contractual obligations, budgets, and subcontracts
