Lead and manage a team of 10 inspectors and technicians within the Quality department
Serve as a floor-oriented problem solver, driving hands-on resolution of quality issues
Train and develop staff in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes
Implement and oversee 8D and 5 Why problem-solving frameworks across the team
Participate in and support internal audit programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Serve as a succession-plan candidate for upward leadership within the business
Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated expertise in corrective actions
