  • Build and lead a robust mechanical integrity program for all plant equipment, including pressure vessels and piping systems
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements, API codes, and engineering standards applicable to plant operations
  • Implement and enforce compliance with all applicable regulatory and company standards
  • Ensure repair plans and inspection activities meet local, national, and corporate standards
  • BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reliability-focused engineering role
  • Strong working knowledge of ASME and API codes (American Petroleum Institute), particularly for pressure vessels
  • Prior experience in a chemical plant or similar industrial manufacturing environment
