- Build and lead a robust mechanical integrity program for all plant equipment, including pressure vessels and piping systems
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements, API codes, and engineering standards applicable to plant operations
- Implement and enforce compliance with all applicable regulatory and company standards
- Ensure repair plans and inspection activities meet local, national, and corporate standards
- BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reliability-focused engineering role
- Strong working knowledge of ASME and API codes (American Petroleum Institute), particularly for pressure vessels
- Prior experience in a chemical plant or similar industrial manufacturing environment
- Company has over 50 years of industry experience
