Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and quality teams to drive process optimization and tooling improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues related to production operations and product design
Design and develop mechanical components and systems utilizing SolidWorks 3D CAD software
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BS Engineering) required
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on process engineering experience
Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks
Demonstrated experience managing projects utilizing LEAN and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies
