Job Description

• Oversee all financial operations of the organization, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and asset protection across all financial activities
• Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making
• Manage financial planning and analysis to achieve growth objectives
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to division leadership
• Oversee cost accounting systems and ensure full compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
• Support internal and external audits while monitoring capital expenditures

Key Requirements

• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 15–20 years accounting experience
• Background in manufacturing environments, preferably within large-scale organizations
• SOX compliance experience is required
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
• Confident communicator with the ability to present financial data and insights to senior and executive-level stakeholders
