Marketing Coordinator - Akron, OH

Roetzel & Andress is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Akron, OH office. As a reputable mid-sized regional law firm with offices in Ohio, Florida, and in Chicago, Roetzel offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Our ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role in a law firm or professional services environment. We offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including a flexible hybrid remote work opportunity.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Digital marketing, video & analytics
  • Website and biography updates
  • Event and webinar coordination
  • Research, reference & internet support
  • Department administrative duties as needed
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in managing social media platforms as well as scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
  • Proficient in video editing using tools such as Opus Clips and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiar with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
